I want to make a trash bin. Not a real trash bin. But trash bin in your mind. Sometimes people feel like sad, angry, dissapointed, happy, boring, excited, interest, or another. We always like a good side, right?
Then, when something bad are in my mind. What I have to do? I just thinking how to disappear it. Then, I thinked that we should make a trash bin in our mind. Like at the computer, you can discard your problems. And when you already made, it you will fell better same as me.
But don't discard your memory, it can make you forget your past. Don't you think I'm mad? I'm not mad, I just want to help someone like me. I have a problems, it made my mind tired. Then, I just discard(forget) it, and suddenly the problems are solved.
